I rated one star only because I couldn't rate less. unpackaged it hooked the hydraulic pump to it followed their directions to purge the air from the ram. Cycle the system for 30 minutes filling the ram to complete extension forcing it back using a pry bar on the rotating assembly that it's supposed to pull. the hydraulic pump itself is pumping air even though there's no reason for it I submerged the the line in a glass to check the flow it pumps air more than it does hydraulic fluid .The ram either doesn't have a return spring in it or it's so stiff it won't return it takes a 4 ft bar forcing it with 50 lb of force to retract the ram I called them and the guy that has to handle this is not there right now he's supposed to call me back I will update this if he does call me back if he doesn't I'll be sending it back and having a return. The tool looks like it maybe serviceable with the exception of the hydraulic portions but then again you never know I might put a chain on it and start to pull something and it may buckle in half it's hard to tell the welds on it crappy at best. If they can't resolve the problem today I'm going to return it and order a Kansas Jack it's about twice as much money but I'm sure it's a whole hell of a lot better machine
